As part of the Restoration Week 2023 project, an international event organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the ICE Agency for the promotion of Italian excellence in the Restoration sector and coordinated by Assorestauro, AIRES Engineering with professor Antonio de Simone of the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples promoted the visit to the archeological site of Villa Augustea in Somma Vesuviana.
Restorationweek is the week dedicated to the promotion of the restoration sector organized by ASSORESTAURO with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ITA - Italian Trade Agency with the patronage of International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) - ICOMOS Italia and sees the participation in Italy of international experts from Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Bulgaria.
It includes a week of visits, meetings and international conferences between Italian and international experts in the architectural and archaeological restoration sector.
